| By submitting your image to the Public Mozie Galleries only (not your private mozie galleries): |
| (i) You represent and warrant
to Mozie that you own the image, or have obtained the legal permission to use
such image in the manner being used and that you can document any such
permission in writing.

(ii) You license and/or sublicense the image to Mozie and its Members
consistent with the Mozie Terms of Service so
that Mozie can keep the image available for use by Mozie and its Members and
such persons can use the image posted by you, on a worldwide, royalty-free,
non-exclusive basis, for such period of time as Mozie may elect in its sole
discretion and without any compensation to you; |
| (iii) You agree to indemnify,
defend and hold harmless Mozie and such other parties as provided in Mozies
Terms of Service. |
| Mozie may accept or reject, use or
not use any image submitted by you in Mozies sole and absolute discretion. |
