| What is the purpose of this Privacy Policy? |
| Mozie, Inc. is firmly committed to
privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination
practices for the website located at www.mozie.com (the "Site"). By using this
Site, you acknowledge and agree to this privacy policy. If you do not agree to
this privacy policy, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to
change, add or remove all or part of our privacy policy at any time by posting
the changes on this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting
of changes to these terms means you accept such changes. |

| Children |
| Company does not provide services to
children under the age of eighteen (18). If you are under the age of 18, you
may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. |

| What information do we collect and how is it used? |
| If you wish to use the services
provided by Mozie, you must register at www.mozie.com
and provide to us the following information: e-mail address and password. You
must then verify your e-mail address by clicking on a verification link that
will be sent to the e-mail address you designated. We request this information
in order to verify compliance with Mozie's requirements and federal, state and
local laws, for identification purposes, and generally, to better provide you
with the services you purchase. |
| Mozie may also collect other
information you volunteer to us through use of our service. If you purchase a
membership or credits on Mozie, you may be required to enter your credit card
number and related information, as well as other contact information. Mozie
also uses "cookies" stored on users' computers to simulate a continuous
connection. Cookies let us "remember" information about your preferences and
allow you to move within our Service without reintroducing yourself. Most
browsers let you easily see and control cookies. |

| Your Contact List on Mozie |
| In order to use our e-mail products
through the Mozie interface, we require that you upload a valid email address
for each of your recipients. You must have permission from your recipients to
include them on any contact list you upload to Mozie. When you send e-mail to
your recipients through our service, we collect and retain the email addresses
and other pertinent contact information of those persons to whom you send the
message. We do not sell, share or otherwise provide the recipient's contact
information you submit to Mozie to any third party. |

| IP Address |
| When you visit our site, we log
standard information such as your IP address, which is a number that can be
used to identify your location and Internet Service Provider, along with the
URL from which you came to our site and the URLs visited on our site. A URL is
the full address of a Web site page, which may or may not contain some
Personally Identifiable Information about the person who is viewing it. |

| Web Beacons |
| Mozie uses web beacons to gather
information about the emails sent to our registered users and to recipients of
.pix and .pixPro messages. Web beacons are small images that cannot be seen.
They are included in our HTML-encoded email messages. When such a message is
opened in an HTML-capable email program, the recipient's computer will access
our server to retrieve the web beacons file, allowing us to record and store,
along with your email address, the date and time the recipient viewed the
message. The web beacons also may see or read cookies. |

| Correspondence |
| If you correspond with us via
e-mail, we may gather and store the information in a file specific to the
nature of the correspondence. We do this in order to maintain a record of
feedback, suggestions and problems users have submitted to us. Mozie may
periodically send updates regarding new features and services. |

| Mozie does not share, sell, rent or
otherwise disclose the personal information (name, postal address, e-mail
address, payment information, etc.) of our users without their advance

information input before it is sent to us. However, users should keep in mind
that this Site and our services are run on software, hardware and networks, any

problems or breaches of security beyond our control. Please be aware that
despite our best intentions and the guidelines outlined in this privacy policy,
no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. |

| Mozie reserves the right to update
this privacy policy from time to time. Users should visit this page
periodically so that they will be apprised of any changes. However, we will
only use Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with the Privacy

| Opt-Out/Correct/Delete/Deactivate |
| While Mozie does not give you the
opportunity to remove your information from our database, you may delete your
membership from your "My Account" screen. In addition, you may elect not to
receive future communications from Mozie. If you are not a registered user but
are a recipient of an e-mail that was generated on Mozie, you may delete your
email address from the sender's contact list by clicking on the "unsubscribe"
link on the bottom of the e-mail message. |
